Olá!

I’m Ana, a 25 year old illustrator based in Porto, Portugal. I’ve been drawing since I can remember and after finishing high school with a diploma in Visual Arts, I moved to the UK where I completed a Certificate of Higher Education in Illustration at the University of Hertfordshire. Back in Portugal, I took drawing classes at the University of Fine Arts of Porto.

Since then I’ve been improving my skills and working on personal projects, navigating through the illustration universe and trying to find my own voice. I work primarily in digital format but I'm also enjoying exploring more with traditional mediums such as gouache, markers and crayons. I like to work with fun and bright colors and my subjects usually include day-to-day moments, silly creatures and nature.

On my breaks from drawing, you can find me reading a book (my favorite genre is dystopian fictions) or exploring nature with a digi cam on hand. My dream is to become a children’s illustrator and work across picture books, murals, editorial and stationary!
